A graduate of DePaul University with a degree in business administration and finance, Santiago chose real estate as his career and became a Realtor in 1997. Santiago has consistently been listed in the top 10% of all Chicago realtors for the past 15 years with total career sales exceeding $175,000,000.The average List Price to Sales Price Ratio for all of his listings for the past 12 months ending December, 2016  was 99% of list price with an average market time of 39 days.
